Overview

Jailah is a personal task management and alert tool built and operated by Wretnuh. This service is invite-only — accounts are created exclusively by the administrator. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.

Data We Collect

• Account information: Username and hashed password.
• Tasks & alerts: Todo items, due dates, alert configurations, and completion history that you create.
• Mail tracking: Package tracking numbers and carrier information you provide.
• User settings: Timezone, notification preferences, pay schedule, and integration credentials (Telegram, Discord webhooks, shipping API keys) that you configure.
• Audit logs: Request method, path, and outcome for security monitoring.

How Your Data Is Used

• To provide task management, alerts, and mail tracking features.
• To send notifications via Telegram or Discord when you configure them.
• To query shipping carrier APIs (UPS, FedEx, WhereParcel) for package status updates using keys you provide.
• To maintain audit logs for security and troubleshooting.

Third-Party Services

When you configure integrations, your data may be sent to:

• Telegram Bot API — for sending alert notifications.
• Discord Webhooks — for sending alert notifications to Discord channels you configure.
• Various APIs — for tracking package status using tracking numbers you provide.
• Google Fonts — the Inter font is loaded from Google Fonts for the UI.

Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored in a SQLite database on the server.
• Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
• Sessions are managed with signed cookies.
• API keys and integration credentials are stored as-is in the database; access is restricted to authenticated users.

Data Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties beyond the integrations listed above that you explicitly configure.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. If your account is deleted by the administrator, your data is archived and then removed from the active database.
